What a treat to have been contacted by Lucy Hannau of Lost in Fiction, asking if we’d be interested in posting her interview with Gaile Parkin, author of Baking Cakes in Kigali. Hannau found Bookin’ with Sunny from our review of Parkin’s novel. It’s a solid interview and Hannau asked more than a few insightful questions, giving us a much better look at Parkin than what we get from her book’s bio.
Lost in Fiction is an online magazine consisting of a community of professional freelancers offering a list of services, from editing and proofreading, to editorial PR, multilingual translations, website creation and online promotion through social media. The website, according to it’s originator Louisa Klein (former South West News journalist), showcases the talents of each freelancer while entertaining their readers and potential clients.
From time to time, Lost in Fiction may send along some suggestions of books we might like to review. It’s a great chance to have a look at authors from other parts of the globe.
