Online book reviews since 2011, the very best in reviewing – connecting good readers with equally good writers

In Memory of Troy Davis

This is an older poem, but one I thought just as relevant today as when first written.

At The Superior Court

Counsel speaks
before judge & jury,

an exaggeration of notes
heard in a field
of corn-eating crows.

Comes now Truth,
black robed and
gaveled down.

Crow flies.
Crow flies.
