COZY LIGHT COZY NIGHT

It is not difficult to review picture books, especially when it is one of Elisa Kleven’s.

Cozy Light Cozy Night is filled with all the colors that define Kleven’s world. How she illustrates the beauty of reading through the seasons, with a lovely nod to Chagall in both her art and her words, is pure magic.

And if a picture is worth a thousand words, the image of adorable Amelia, homeward bound, with book-in-hand says it all.

Elisa Kleven’s books are for the whole family. They are keepers. I know because I gave this signed copy to my granddaughter Amelia.   – Sunny Solomon
